  1. How to redeem your Prime Student Exclusive Offer of Course Hero:
    • Click on the “Redeem” button on the Prime Student page through Amazon.
    • You’ll be directed to the Course Hero sign-up/sign-in page, and by using your designated button, your exclusive offer will be automatically applied.
      • If you’re a Course Hero user (Basic or Premier), sign-in with your credentials.
      • If you aren’t a Course Hero user, you will provide an email and we'll create an account.
    • You’ll be logged into Course Hero.
    • On the next page, you’ll see a message explaining your Premier access and when it ends.


  2. When does the ability to redeem the Prime Student Course Hero offer expire? 
    All unused/non-redeemed purchases will expire on 12/31/2021.

  3. Where do I redeem my Prime Student Course Hero access?  
    Prime Student Access can only be redeemed through Amazon's Student Prime page on a desktop or mobile web browser. The Student Prime page will lead directly to Course Hero. If you’re a Course Hero mobile app subscriber (meaning, your active subscription payments are through GooglePlay or iTunes), you are not eligible to redeem this offer at this time.

  4. Do I have all the same benefits as any other Course Hero member with my Prime Student Access to Course Hero?.

    If you are accessing Course Hero with your Prime Student exclusive offer (Prime Student Access to Course Hero), you have the same product experience except for a few limitations as it pertains to pausing, upgrading or switching payment plans.” Here are the details:

  5. What if I am already a Course Hero Premier member and want to redeem / use my Prime Student access?
    At the time of redemption you cannot be a Premier member already. You will not be able to redeem the Prime Student access + discounted pricing until your current premier membership has concluded.

  6. How do I cancel / How do I get a refund?

    Prime Student access Course Hero purchases are not eligible for a refund.

  8.  Where do I update my Credit Card for my Course Hero Account?
    • Log in to your account from Here
    • Click the navigation drop down in the top-right corner of the page next to your profile picture and select "Account Settings".
    • Scroll down to Payment Options and click the pink "Add Card" button.

      You may manage your account payment options there.
