Why was I charged?

If you were charged for a membership, that means at some point you had upgraded your account to a Premier membership. At that time, If you had upgraded to a Premier membership, you were automatically enrolled in our subscription plan which auto-renews unless the recurring payment is cancelled.

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time by following the instructions here before your renewal. Your account will revert to a free membership once your pre-paid time runs out.


If you were charged for a renewal and haven’t used any of your unlocks or your Tutor Questions, you can request a full refund. To do so, please click on the “Contact Us” button below to submit an email and your request will be processed within 1 business day. Please note, no refund will be offered if our Terms of Use has been violated.
