Does viewing a document count as unlocking it?

No. If you search a document and only see its preview, this doesn’t count as an Unlock. We want you to be able to see if a document is relevant to you before you decide to unlock it.

You need to click Unlock Document for it to be counted, and then you'll be able to fully view and download it.
