What are Questions?

Questions, are what members can use to get help from our 24-hour-a-day online tutors. When you first create an account, you’ll receive two free Questions, good for 30 days. You may also buy additional Questions for $3 a piece. In addition, each Premier Membership comes with a designated number of Questions, depending on the membership package. Unused Questions expire upon the expiration or cancellation of a membership package and cannot be redeemed for cash.
