What if my tutor does not fully answer my Question?
Course Hero wants you to get the most out of your tutor experience. Therefore, after your tutor has submitted an answer and while the Question is still open, you’re encouraged to follow up with your tutor to request clarification or additional information.
If, after following up with your tutor, you still don’t feel the answer you have is correct or complete, please mark the answer as "unhelpful" and flag a Question Processor. The Question Processor will be able to address the situation and, if necessary, cancel the Question. Please note: Inquiries must be reported within 30 days of the requested deadline.
