At Course Hero, we guarantee your satisfaction with our services. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund under Course Hero’s Money Back Guarantee. Under Course Hero’s Money Back Guarantee, we'll refund your purchase in full if you are eligible.

To be eligible:

1. You must request a refund within thirty (30) days of making the purchase.
2. You must not have used more than five (5) subscription unlocks.
3. You must not have asked more than one (1) subscription tutor question. 
4. You have not received a refund under this guarantee in the past.
5. If you purchased a Hero Trio Subscription, you have not had more than (3) days of usage on either QuillBot or Symbolab.

Course Hero reserves the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and deny guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has abused the Money Back Guarantee.
