I didn’t receive a redemption code and instead received a link to my new account that already had a free subscription. What does this mean?
This is because you opted in to have our team create an educator account for you
when you submitted your grant application. We created your account and have
already activated your free subscription. To access your account, find the award
notification email you received from email@example.com
and click on your personalized account link shared in that email.
