Are there instances when you can deny my request to exercise a right under applicable privacy law?
There may be some instances (in accordance with applicable law) where we may not be able to comply with your request, either fully or partly. Such instances may include (i) if your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, (ii) if fulfilling your request would adversely impact the rights of others, or (iii) if we need to retain personal data in connection with the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, for reasons of public interest, compliance with a legal obligation or the exercise of the right of freedom of expression and information. In those circumstances, we will still respond to notify you of our decision.
