I’m a tutor. I received a violation that I feel is unfair. What do I do?

If you feel that a violation you received is unfair, please reach out via the Intercom widget, which is typically located at the bottom right of your Tutor Dashboard. If you do not access to the tutor dashboard please email us at tutor-support@coursehero.com with the following:


  • Title the email subject "Tutor Violation Appeal"
  • Provide the question ID
  • Write a brief explanation of why you are appealing the violation.


The Tutor Support Team will review the appeal and determine the best course of action.
