How do tutors contact the Tutor Support Team?

Current tutors on Course Hero can quickly and easily contact our Tutor Support Team using the Intercom Widget. To access the Intercom Widget, please login to your tutor account, navigate to your tutor dashboard, and click on the icon in the lower righthand portion of the page that looks like this:

If you're a current tutor but prefer to use email, you are welcome to contact the Tutor Support Team at anytime by sending an email to tutor-support@coursehero.com. We are always happy to help!

If you aren't a current tutor and have questions about the tutor application process, you are welcome to contact the Tutor Application Team at anytime by sending an email to tutor-applications@coursehero.com.
