I am not satisfied with the help provided by the tutor. Can I get a refund?
If you are not satisfied with the help provided by our tutors, we recommend flagging the moderator within the question thread so we can internally follow up. You may also request the question be cancelled and considered for refund by contacting our Support team by clicking “Submit an Email” below.
If a refund is granted, if your question was cancelled and the payment was made with one of your Tutor Questions, the Tutor Question will be returned to your account. If your question was paid for with a credit or debit card, the transaction will be reversed within 5- business days of its cancellation.
